1 How long does personalisation take?
Custom name embroidery typically takes 2-3 business days. Orders are then shipped within 24 hours of completion.
2 Do you offer free delivery?
Yes! We provide free delivery across India on all orders.
3 What sizes do you have for newborns?
Our rompers and outfits are available in sizes 0-3 months, 3-6 months, 6-12 months, and 12-18 months.
4 Can I return a personalised item?
Personalised items with custom names cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or error in the personalisation. Non-personalised items can be exchanged within 7 days.
5 What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and cash on delivery (COD) for all orders.
6 How do I care for personalised baby clothes?
Hand wash or machine wash on gentle cycle with cold water. Avoid harsh detergents and do not bleach. Air dry recommended to preserve the embroidery quality.
7 Do you ship outside Kerala?
Yes, we ship to all states across India with free delivery.
8 Can I add gift wrapping?
Yes! Gift wrapping is available as an option during checkout for a small additional fee.
9 How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via SMS and email. You can also track your order anytime from the 'My Orders' section.
10 What if I receive a damaged product?
We're sorry if that happens! Please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damaged item, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund immediately.
